We are a Professional Surveying Company based out of Carrollton Ohio. We are proud members of the Ohio Society of Professional Surveyors and are honored to serve the residents of Carroll County Ohio.
Rod has over 38 years as a Professional Survey in the State of Ohio. Many of those years were spent with the State of Ohio as the Survey Operations Manager and Real Estate Project Manager for the east-central portion of Ohio. Rod also was a partner with Marker Yoder Engineering and Surveying and served 10 years as the Carroll County Deputy Surveyor for the Carroll County Engineer.
We use the latest innovations in surveying technology. We utilize Robotic Total Stations and GPS Technology to locate points in the field and transfer them directly into our CAD software to prepare your project for delivery.
We try our best to keep our backlog of projects to a minimum. This keeps our customers from waiting on us to complete their important projects.
Rod holds a Construction Engineering degree from the University of Akron’s College of Engineering as well as degrees from Stark State College and Jefferson Technical College.
Rod is also a Professional Firearms Instructor with McFadden Firearms Academy LLC.
